The Digital Strategist role is integral to the continued success of our Digital practice. You will be responsible for developing solutions to meet our client’s objectives based on consumer insight and data. You will also provide a consistently high level of insight-driven strategic guidance for our clients. The platforms we build for our clients are of little benefit if we don't have a constant stream of prospects- you will be the person to build that stream.
Work directly with clients to define and distill their business objectives
Identify key opportunities where digital can enable the clients "business unlocks" to achieve overall business objectives
Drive clients to understand how their digital properties fit into a broader go to market strategy
Assist clients in identifying the audiences that their digital properties serve
Provide thought leadership in the development, management, training, measurement, and presentation of multi-platform digital strategies aligned to client goals
Be well-versed in the following digital strategy elements: database marketing, email marketing, CRM, website and performance analytics, content strategy, communications planning, paid media, social media, and user experience
8+ years of relevant experience (experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing environment a plus)
A broad understanding of business operating models across many different industries and channels
Strong analytic capability and proven data-driven approach
Experienced in Google and/or Adobe analytics
Experience managing email campaigns and integrating 1st and 3rd party data
Experience driving marketing and business ROI
Strong communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills
Up to date on the latest digital marketing trends
