Summary

We're looking for a talented Senior Account Executive! The Senior Account Executive will manage activity across multiple divisions of a growing account, delivering successful results while building relationships and continuing to actively grow as a leader in the advertising business. We’re looking for a positive leader with a bias towards action to join our dynamic team and enjoy a unique opportunity to work on an innovative, multi-industrial client business with global reach.

Responsibilities

Strategic and tactical day-to-day leadership of a business unit to drive towards successful results

Project management from creative input through completion

Involvement in planning, presentations and blueprint development

Managing budgets and overseeing financial processes as well as effective estimating and billing, as well as monthly billing recaps

On-going Client correspondence including status reports and conference reports

Some experience managing junior team members (AE, AAE) and is able to delegate the appropriate workload

Offers concise input and direction to the creative department

Effective time management to complete tasks and projects on time

Develop advantageous Client relationships

Work well with others through clear, professional, oral and written communications

Scheduling work in cooperation with other personnel

Requirements

4-7 years of experience

Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills essential; working knowledge of
agency billing software a plus

Understanding of agency strategic and project management processes and ability to turn them into action for themselves and team

Excellent written and oral communication skills; is an active listener who can read a room

Experience managing junior team members (AE, AAE) and is able to delegate the appropriate workload to that junior person while helping them grow

Experience in a technical or mechanical category and/or B2B trade communications/events a plus but not necessarily required
