Summary

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join SCC|prism! Not only do we work to garner third-party media endorsements with strategic media outreach programs, we also work with Influencers to gain access to their communities and create content on behalf of our clients. We’re always working to craft stories that will resonate with media and ultimately, consumers.

Responsibilities

Develop PR initiatives and client program planning

Oversee budgets, billing and budget recaps

Manage the development and production of ANRs, VNRs and other media relations and digital outreach tactics

Manage estimate and invoices

Handle development of client and/or spokesperson media training

Manage junior team members

Contribute to the development of traditional PR tactics including:

Media Relations
Take command of media landscape, understand news value, adapt/pivot to new pitch angles
Conduct media research and share examples of successful pitches and placements

Reporting
Utilize CisionPoint, CriticalMention and other monitoring software

Event planning/facilitation
Manage details surrounding event execution, including planning, logistics and recaps

Influencer Marketing
Lead partner identification, vetting and contract negotiation
Manage content calendars and program reporting/measurement

Requirements:

4+ years of marketing communication experience

2+ years of agency experience

Independent thinker and unafraid to share POV

Strong listening, communication, organization, writing and presentation skills

Demonstrates poise and leadership potential

Shows initiative on a daily basis in both small and large tasks

Ability to multitask, deal with multiple client contacts and manage projects across accounts
