We are seeking a highly organized person who will have the ability to handle many projects, stay cool under fire and embrace all that SCC has to offer. The successful candidate will possess a proactive attitude and be able to foster open communication between teams. This person will assist in print, digital, social and video traffic.


Opening job numbers in numerous softwares

Scheduling and attending kick off meetings, internal reviews, and regroups

Creating schedules and assigning work to creative, video, design services, and client leadership teams

Monitoring project milestones and ensuring timing expectations/delivery dates are on target

Processing digital asset requests and work orders (downloading, reviewing, proofing for accuracy, posting in approved forums, and routing to creative and video teams

Acting as an impartial liaison between all departments


Proficient with all things Mac

Experienced with MS Office

Self-assertive and reliable

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Ability to work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Detail oriented and organized with an excellent memory

Ability to handle a high volume of requests

Strong client service orientation

Straightforward communication skills

Possesses a whatever/whenever/however attitude

Experience with a web-based project management tool (ex. Basecamp) is a plus

Basic knowledge of creative process and/or software is a plus
