SCC Internship Program
Where we grow
great talent
Hello, we’re so excited you’re interested in The Incubator. It’s a hands-on, paid internship program designed to cultivate the next generation of talent for the agency. Everyone at SCC sees themself as a Challenger, because we all share the same ethos.
We’re looking for interns who share it, too.
The Challenger Ethos
The Challenger Ethos is our way of helping clients understand who we are, hold each other accountable, and recruit the right talent for the agency. Along with your application, you must include a one minute video showing how you embody SCC’s Challenger Ethos. Make it fun, make it creative, make it YOU.
-
Take the lead
At SCC we don’t wait for permission…we jump in. Because leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about finding ways to make a difference.
-
Stubbornly Collaborate
We’re all about sharing credit with each other, because the best ideas are the ideas that are built together.
-
Act Curious-er
We totally made-up that word. It’s our way of encouraging each other to keep asking “What if?” so the work gets stronger.
-
Dare To Make Something Great
At SCC, we believe every assignment can be a great assignment…if you dare to make it one.
-
Be Yourself
This one’s really important. Because when you show up as your whole self, the work gets better, the room gets brighter, and our team gets stronger.
